If you want to move home but still have to sell your current property, the Leach Homes Part Exchange Scheme could be the answer. Just as you might trade-in your old car for a new model, you can now part exchange your old home for a stylish new one.

With your approval we will have your property valued by two independent estate agents, on the basis of a realistic price to achieve a sale within four weeks. Subject to these valuations and our purchasing criteria*, we will make an offer to buy your property.

If you are happy with this offer, we will confirm the sale, subject to survey, and you can proceed with the purchase of your new Leach Home in the normal manner.
